The run/stop functionality of my wooden handle or Nucleus-M hand unit/handgrips is not working with my Red DSMC2 camera. What do I do?

A certain setting needs to be turned on in the camera. Go to Setup → Settings → Communication → Serial → choose REDLINK Command Protocol. This should provide communication to the I/O module/battery module to allow you to use the R/S functionality.
