Is the Nucleus Nano system capable of controlling lenses with bigger diameters (e.g. - 86mm diameter and Rokinon’s 85mm/1.2 lens)?

If the motor can reach the lens’ gears on your rod setup, yes it can work with them. It has a fairly high torque to work with most cinema lenses.
